This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. In short: the app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking, and it communicates only with our own backend.
Information the app handles
- Public film data. The Titles, Box Office, Briefing, and Casting screens display read-only market data drawn from public sources (including TMDB and public RSS feeds), retrieved through our own server. No personal information about you is required or collected to view this data.
- Rolodex sign-in. The Rolodex screen is access-controlled and requires a sign-in. When you sign in, your username and password are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which returns a session cookie stored securely on your device to keep you signed in. We do not sell or share these credentials.
- Search and edits. When you search or add, edit, or delete contact records in the Rolodex, those requests are sent to our server to be carried out. This contact information is our own business data, managed by authorized users.
- Local settings. A small preference (the backend address) may be stored locally on your device using the system preferences store. It never leaves the device.

Data security
All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. The Rolodex session cookie is stored using the operating system's secure cookie storage and is sent only to our domain.
Data retention
Public film data is not stored by the app beyond normal in-session caching. Rolodex records are retained on our server for as long as they are useful to our business and can be removed on request.
Children
The app is a professional tool intended for adults in the film industry and is not directed to children.
Your choices
You may stop using the app at any time and sign out of the Rolodex to clear the session from your device. For any request regarding data we hold, contact us below.
