Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Money Scaling Cycle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Money Scaling Cycle is an educational platform that provides:

• 30-day business challenges with daily action steps
• Income blueprint library with step-by-step business models
• Daily money playbook content (business ideas, tools, and action items)
• Educational email sequences
• Curated tool recommendations

Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person. Sharing account credentials is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Subscription and Billing

Free Tier: Access to Days 1-14 of the challenge, 10 income blueprints, and the daily money playbook at no cost.

Pro Tier ($5/month or $48/year): Full access to all 30-day challenges, 50+ income blueprints, advanced content, and monthly new challenges.

Coaching (Custom pricing): Everything in Pro plus 1-on-1 coaching sessions and a custom business plan.

• Payments are processed securely through Whop
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until then
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period

Money-Back Guarantee

Money Scaling Cycle offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within your first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first subscription period only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share paid content with non-subscribers
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service

Intellectual Property

All content provided through Money Scaling Cycle - including challenge content, blueprints, playbook material, email content, and design elements - is the intellectual property of Money Scaling Cycle. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own educational purposes only.

Third-Party Tools and Links

The Service recommends and links to third-party tools and services. Money Scaling Cycle is not responsible for the functionality, availability, or terms of third-party services. Some links may be affiliate links - see the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Limitation of Liability

Money Scaling Cycle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Scaling Cycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of cause.

Total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Money Scaling Cycle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any prepaid subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable in cases of termination for cause.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
